Welcome to MA Customs. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most items we sell are custom-designed and printed to order. Because of this:

• All custom orders require your approval of a design proof before production begins.
• Once a design is approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Please review your design proof carefully for spelling, sizing, and color before approving — MA Customs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

2. Orders & Payment

• Prices vary by item, design, and quantity, and are confirmed at the time of quote.
• Full or partial payment (deposit) may be required before production begins, particularly for group or bulk orders. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of your order.
• We accept accept payments through different payment methods.

3. Group & Bulk Orders

• Group order pages (e.g., for teams, schools, or events) have a set close date. Orders submitted after the close date may not be included in that production run.
• Individual sizing and item selections are the responsibility of each participant submitting an order.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

• If you provide a logo, design, or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you grant MA Customs permission to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• Designs created by MA Customs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may showcase completed designs in our portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

• Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and begin after design approval. See our Shipping & Return page for full details.
• MA Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

MA Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of PA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
